When we first started using ‘The Schenk’, it was something fun and unique. To be able to cook over an open fire comfortably, and safely, all the while still getting the flavour of the natural wood taste throughout your meal is a wonderful experience.
As we got comfortable cooking over an open fire, what we discovered was that while everyone around us was busy quickly preparing and cooking their meals over a standard BBQ, then jetting off to go to the next entertainment venue, the process of creating our meals with the Schenk became our entertainment venue.
